The principles that guide every engagement, every decision, and every interaction at Twiis Innovations.
Twiis Innovations operates with an unwavering commitment to ethical practice. The cybersecurity field carries enormous responsibility — our work involves access to sensitive systems and data. We take this responsibility seriously and hold all team members to the highest standards of professional conduct.
Twiis will only conduct security testing, auditing, or system access under explicit written authorization. We will never perform unauthorized testing on any system, regardless of the perceived intent. Any request to perform unauthorized security activities will be declined immediately.
All client information, including system architecture details, vulnerability findings, and business processes, is treated with absolute confidentiality. Team members do not discuss client engagements outside of the immediate project team without explicit client authorization.
We report all findings accurately and completely — including findings that may be uncomfortable for clients to hear. We do not downplay vulnerabilities to maintain client relationships, nor do we exaggerate findings to justify additional work. Our value is in honest, actionable security intelligence.
Twiis team members disclose any potential conflicts of interest before engaging in client work. We do not accept engagements that compromise our objectivity or create situations where our advice could be influenced by factors other than the client's best security interests.
Security knowledge and techniques developed in the course of client work are used exclusively for legitimate defensive purposes. Twiis does not engage in, facilitate, or condone offensive cyber operations, unauthorized system access, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
We invest in continuous learning and professional development to ensure our team remains at the frontier of cybersecurity knowledge. We contribute positively to the security community through responsible disclosure, knowledge sharing, and ethical practice advocacy.
Any concerns regarding ethical violations within Twiis can be reported confidentially to help@twiis.in. All reports are investigated thoroughly and without retaliation.
